Every week, from March to December, I receive deliveries of fresh, organic and (mostly) locally-grown fruits and vegetables from a community supported agriculture program.  I never know what my "happy box" is going to contain, but it's always good, never bad, sometimes ugly!

My goal this year is to utilize 100% of the produce I receive in my weekly delivery -- even the scary-looking stuff I've never heard of before.
